Need to really work on customer service or the nail artists are underpaid, not sure. But extremely rude and bad customer service . Nails are decent but Prior appointments , basic customer service or greeting means nothing here. Additionally the price on website and at the store is different. Really need to work on atleast basic customer service.

I had a very bad and painful experience at this salon while getting nail extensions for the first time.
The application itself was extremely painful, and even after informing the technician, my concern was completely ignored. Soon after, I started experiencing continuous pain in multiple fingers and ended up spending my entire vacation in discomfort.
I tried removing the nails later, as one of my fingers became swollen, and while attempting removal, MY NATURAL NAIL STARTED BLEEDING with excruciating pain. The glue used was so strong that it would not come off even with acetone.
After checking their own reels, I realized they are using industrial 401 SUPERGLUE (cyanoacrylate adhesive) instead of proper cosmetic nail glue. This type of glue is not meant for use on skin or nails and can cause serious damage, pain, and risk of infection.
This is extremely unsafe and unprofessional. Please be careful before visiting this place.

Zero professionalism,i did gel nails but the nails chipped off within 20 hours not even 24 hours!!!

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. The nail tech lady completely ignored me when i was inquiring about something, how do you expect to run a business when you have 0 sense of hospitality??

Worst service ever! I waited for so long, and after all that time they just told me to leave without even doing my nails. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful — never coming here again!🤬😤😤

First the staff asked me to wait for half an hour, and after that the owner said I should have taken an appointment and made me wait another hour. The employees are not well trained. I specifically asked to keep the nail length short, but the person didn’t listen even after repeating it multiple times. I paid ₹2200 for nails that are absolutely not worth it and the owner was rude on top of that. Definitely not worth the money would not recommend this place at all.

Don't bother taking any prior appointment or even their service. They are highly unprofessional. They don't value your time. And if you give priority to walking customers then why do you asked me to book an appointment?? I went to mall with an appointment to get my nails done, came back without.

worst service ever. zero professionalism. i booked an appointment today for 6pm at 12:30pm, called the receptionist at 5pm just to confirm my appointment & she said “if you’re on time you’ll be served on time.” i reached the place at 5:40pm (20 mins in before). at 6pm the staff asked me to wait for half an hour, i agreed. i was waiting there from 5:40pm-8:15pm. such a waste of time istg i had to leave without getting my nails done.

Booked a 6 Pm appointment and on reaching was asked to wait for 20 mins. Waited for more than an hour after which they took another client!! What kind of professionalism is this??walked out of the place immediately and will never come back!
